Here’s what your dog or cat will enjoy at the ranch:

The pet boarding facility is thoughtfully designed, with careful attention to every detail. Each building features climate control through central heating and air conditioning, ensuring that pets remain comfortable throughout the year. In preparation for the Gulf’s hurricane season, the ranch is equipped with a backup generator to maintain optimal conditions during any power outages.

Dog Kennel Building: Encompassing 2,100 square feet, our facility is mindfully designed to ensure optimal comfort for your dog. We offer 20 secure runs, each featuring a spacious 5’ x 10’ climate-controlled indoor area for privacy and well-being. For added safety, every run is equipped with an enclosed 8’ ceiling, providing peace of mind for owners of dogs prone to escaping. High-Density Polyethylene panels separate each run, effectively minimizing the risk of interactions between neighboring animals. Each run includes a weatherproof door leading to an adjoining covered outdoor run, measuring 5’ x 13’ separated by durable panels. Outdoor access is provided as the Texas weather allows.

Dog Living Suites: Spanning 513 square feet, our Living Suites are thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable, homelike environment for your canine companion. Situated away from the main Kennel Building, these suites offer a peaceful and tranquil setting. Each of our three spacious 19’ x 9’ climate-controlled suites feature a full-size bed along with a sofa or recliner, as well as additional furnishings to enhance the residential feel. Orthopedic dog beds are also included for added comfort. These suites are available exclusively for dogs aged six months or older who are fully potty trained and spayed or neutered. For guests accustomed to using a kennel at night, we are pleased to provide one within the suite to ensure their comfort and security.

Dog Health Suites: Our facility features two climate-controlled suites, each measuring 10’ x 5’, located within our home garage. These suites are specifically designed to accommodate canine guests who experience anxiety, as well as senior dogs with mobility, sensory or other health challenges. Additionally, they are available for clients requiring post-surgical recovery. If bedding from home is unavailable, orthopedic dog beds will be provided. We recognize that items may become soiled during your pet’s stay. All soiled items will be laundered at no extra charge.

Dog Outdoor Play Areas: Each enclosure is designed to offer secure, off-leash access, to freely explore. We do not mix boarding dogs together. If you have multiple family dogs boarding at the same time, we will let all family members out to play together. If you request a “play mate” for your dog, our personal family dogs are available. “Dolly” a rat terrier, “Finley” a miniature poodle, and “Millie” a German Sheppard mix. The facility features five distinct areas of various sizes to meet the exercise requirements of different breeds:

Cat Condos: We offer three distinct room sizes designed to provide a comfortable and engaging environment for your feline companion during their stay. The cat condominiums are situated within the front office (green building), separate from our canine guests to ensure a calm atmosphere. Each condo is equipped with individual scratching posts and a variety of wall-mounted features—including shelves, perches, bridges, and platforms at varying heights—to promote activity and enrichment for your cat.
